All such business data generated or entered into the App is stored locally on your mobile device.

A. Local Storage

As stated above, all critical business operations data (sales, expenses, inventory, etc.) resides locally on your specific mobile device. We do not have access to this data on our cloud servers.

B. User Responsibility for Data

You are solely responsible for the backup and preservation of your data. Because business data is stored locally on your device, deleting the App or losing your device may result in the permanent loss of this data if you have not created a backup.

C. Import/Export Functionality

To facilitate the preservation of your data, the App provides an Import/Export function. We strongly encourage you to regularly export your data to a secure external location (such as cloud storage or a personal computer) to prevent data loss.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the limited personal information (email) we hold. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Since your business data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data also depends on the security measures you have in place on your device (e.g., device passcodes, biometrics, encryption).

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. While our content is safe and not harmful to children in any way, if we discover or are informed that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it. Parents or guardians can request account deletion if they believe their child has provided us with personal data.
